Awww man Fraser you really outdid yourself with that one!
Hmm, I actually quite like this one... Sometimes 30 second banners aren't that bad.

Actually, you didn't. Forum rules permit that a banner be no more than 600X200 pixels, and yours is much wider, so you'll have to take it down, and redo it.

Nahh...size is good. But the picture is ridiculously stretched. Good size, poor quality imo.

Awful, just awful.

And how dare you say something like that about one of our best banner makers. The one he made for you was a joke. Some of his others are fabulous. If you don't believe me, just check out the many people who have thanked him for their banners (and avatars in one case, thanks again Fraser).

It's a good first attempt, Franceds (and better than the banner I tried to make for myself initially).

A suggestion for the future, though. Try cropping either the top or the bottom of the picture out, then you can stretch the picture vertically so it doesn't appear to be stretched so wide.

I'm going to be frank (as usual): that typography sucks. It provides nothing but pain to the eyes.

Suggestion: Ditch the attempt at 3D block text and bright colors (deja vu, Seagullz? :winking: ). They're inconsistent, nor do they complement the photo. Also, the "By" part is not needed.

I think it is ugly, because the photo itself is not good and the text is not good coloured.

The photo is blurry and there are a lot of better photos of a British Airways A319. The text, as other people have said, is not great.

Don't take it too personal. You are a beginner in this, so i think it's very good that you try it.
