You do not have to book your flights here, just use the Skyteam Timetable to find the flight you want, then fly it.

Correct, you have to fly a real flight, using the correct flight times, flight numbers, and aircraft. Then, once you are done, you have to file a PIREP, which "reports" the flight and adds it to your logbook, after it has been checked.

Maybe someone here can help you in you're language also, I'm good with french, others could help you with other languages if needed.
