When I try to go and fill out a PIREP it tells me to log in. I put in my email and password and it says that it isn't in the database. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have been having a problem with the PIREP. When I want to go and fill one out, it tells me to log in, So I put in my email and password. When I try it says that they don't match. And if I try and email my password it says that it isn't in the database. Can anyone out there help me?!?!?! Thanks

Thanks. I check and I hae no cookies from simairline.net, I email aaron and I still haven't gotten a response (which I can understand) I've done everything on the list and still nothing. =[
