Hi, i recently installed FSX on Vista, but whenever i start a flight, the runway and my aircraft all look really dark. But, the werid thing is that everything else looks fine or has the correct brightness. I've messed around with the settings but nothing would work.

Is there anyway i could fix this?
Thanks.

Does this occur at every airport, or just one or two? I am running FSX with Vista and haven't had any trouble with it at all.

I have the same thing with my payware scenery. If you look at the airport from above it looks darker than the rest of the scenery. Its like there is a shadow over the airport. I am running FS9 on Vista. The only thing that I found that helps temporarily is adjusting the MIP mapping and then it is fine until I taskbar FS9.

Yes, the shadow problem happens with every airport.
