PSS/POSKY 757 merge and addon scenery

Hey everyone, I merged the PSS 757 panel with the POSKY model, and it works great. Just one problem, the gear will almost never retract after takeoff.

Another peculiar thing about my FS9 is my addon scenery folder. Every time I try to add scenery, it works once. Then when I re-load FS9 the next day, the scenery I added is gone, all of it. Any suggestions to either two of these problems?

EDIT: One more thing, when I open up AES, none of the Overland Japanese Airports show up. And yes, they are all installed.
