When you post requesting technical assistance in this section, please always make sure to include the following information in order to speed up the process of assisting you:

1. A descriptive subject line
2. CPU Type and Speed
3. Amount of Memory (RAM) on your computer
4. Your VGA card Type, Memory(RAM) and Driver version (if possible)
5. Your Operating System
6. FS Version
7. Exact error messages (if any)
8. Your name and SimAirline.net Pilot ID

To find out 1 & 2, please do the following:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Double click "System" icon

Processor type and speed, as well as RAM are displayed at the bottom of the page.
To find out 3, please do the following:

1. Right click any empty area in your desktop
2. Select Properties
3. Click the "Settings" tab
4. Click "Advanced"
5. Click the "Adapter" tab

Adapter Information is found in the box "Adapter Information"
