CLS B767-200 and 300 in development
The title says it all, CLS has been developing a Boeing 767 package for both 200 and 300 models and will also have the frieght side of the aircraft as well.
They say it is set to available before Christmas 2009.

Good news
I like their F-Lite range of aircraft, and I'm hoping/assuming this will be the same.

Is this also an F-lite aircraft?

Excellent, just read it, and yes, it's going to be an F-Lite release

What does F-Lite mean? Just a simpler version of the 767?

It means no fancy FMCs or Systems. Just panels with basic functionality but EXCELLENT models.

Well, there are some systems modelled, as well as a basic FMC, but nothing as complex as a PMDG or CS aircraft, for example.

Booo, I really want a PMDG level 767-200/200ER, that would be great. Possibly a merge candidate though someday.

To be fair, the ultra-realism fans are well catered for. You have the PSS and the CaptainSim 757s which are complex.

And the first is really hard to merge with a 767 and the Captainsim I don't think is that great or visually pleasing.Carlo wrote:To be fair, the ultra-realism fans are well catered for. You have the PSS and the CaptainSim 757s which are complex.

CaptainSim 757 series is a joke and well known in terms of the flightdeck, the model is great but that's it.
PSS is only the 757, the panel is pretty good and once merged into the POSKY 757/767 series, it's decent but the FDE is lacking and it's overall far from perfect.
