Are you referring to where you need to go to set local time for a flight? Or do you need to find local time for your arrival? Which version of FS are you using?

I'm using fs2004 and I need to know when i'm arriving at the destination airport what the local time is for the PIREP.

In FS2004, when active, press ALT, when the menu opens select world, time and season. You can then set the local time. When arriving at destination, you can go back to the same place and note the local time of arrival.

**hint: I always, except maybe on short local flights, take note of the GMT time of departure and arrival, it makes it easy to compare flight time with GMT since it will not vary from one location to another. **

Many panels will also include a chronometer on them, which may display local or GMT time. If they are not digital, I would still recommend checking using the above method to ensure accuracy and precision.
