Swawk mode Charlie

Ok guys what exactly is it and what do you do when a controller ask you to go to sqwawk mode charlie.

Press the "normal" button on your vatsim transponder, instead of the "Standby" button. Mode C (Charlie) allows your transponder to reply to the Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR), making your dot on the radar scope bigger. It also sends your aircraft's pressure altitude and transponder code to the controllers screen.
