Does anyone know what month / year the Midway schedule is from?

The Midway schedule comes from a few places:
-The RDU summer schedule is from just prior to Midway reducing routes in summer 2001.
-The RDU winter schedule is from winter 2000/2001.
-The MDW schedule is from 1993 or so.
-A few additional RDU routes were cut before 2001 and come from late 1990s timetables or press releases when the service began, e.g., MEM.
