I don't have time to argue the rest but this is completely untrue. Neither AF nor KL are switching to 10 abreast.
KL's high density 777-300ERs are the only ones in the fleet to have it.

My father is Italian and worked for Alitalia for over 20 years.

It's rather sad to see the sorry state Alitalia has been in, and for it now to finally be sold to foreign companies.

At least there is some consolation in that we get to keep our name and colours...
