Thats a good step Gary. To truly start using RW flight plans the next step down the road would be to get completely away from the MS gps. FMC's. much more realistic.

Re: Would you pay for a custom-made repaint?
Good price to pay if you're starting a fictional VA and will get a lot of use out of it. But if its a private thing you'll use on your own...definitely not. This is were Simairline is fortunate and wise! Having some experience with fictional Va's. It is a constant battle and time consuming effort t...

Re: PSS 757 buffer overrun problem
Hey everyone. Every single time I try to import FS flight plans into the FMC in the PSS 757, I get this error message, and then the sim crashes: http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/9744/16057464.png Any idea what I can do here? Thanks! There is a subject in regards to this matter posted on Avsim for...

Re: CRJ Panel, can't set speed
Do the more recent CRJ 7 and 9 have autothrottle? The crj does have a "semi autothrottle." Its a selectable mode. generally speaking, there are limited modes you can select at one time. Either Alt mode, Hdg mode, Spd mode etc. That's why they are truly MCP's ( Mode Control Panels) not autopilots. T...

Now you know the true blue CRJ fans will have a coniption adding autothrottle to the CRJ!
I have added to my Wilco just to ease the workload of one pilot flying online!

Re: CRJ Panel, can't set speed
By editing the autopilot section in the aircraft cfg file. The arming will require an autothrottle switch but doesnt have to have it to work if 0. hope that made sense.
autothrottle_available=1
autothrottle_arming_required=1, or 0 to not have to arm

I find the PSS the best also. Seems maybe max ap bank angles help somewhat. I usually fly others manually until fully established then switch to auto.

Re: Need you opinion!
1. It's ok, but if you already have that covered with freeware, it's probably not worth it. 2. Same. 3/4. They're fantastic but definitely not worth it if you're only going to use it once or twice. 5. The obvious choice here, it's going to get used a lot and is vastly better than SimFlyers. Enjoy! ...
