To All Of Our Pilots,

Unfortunately, I experienced a computer crash earlier this month, which slowed down SimAirline.net's operations for a few days. In thanks to everyone for their patience during that time, we will be adding AOM Virtual this month despite falling just short of our monthly goals.

SimAirline.net to Attend the International FlightSim Convention
SimAirline.net will have a booth at this year's International FlightSim Convention in Blackpool, England on 9-10 July. We invite all pilots to attend the convention, especially since we will be announcing our virtual airline expansion for 2006 at the event. If you will be attending, please let us know. More information on the convention is available here.

Automated Roster System Update
Design on our automated roster system began last month after all desired features were finalized. We expect to switch to the new system sometime over the next few months. With the new system, the roster will be updated more frequently, and pilots will be able to view a log of their flights and see what PIREPs have yet to be approved for processing, in addition to many other exciting features.

Management Hiring
We are currently hiring for three management positions, Sabena Fleet Manager, Aircraft Developer, and Scenery Developer. More information on these positions is available here.

World Tours to Begin in July
Last year's successful Round-the-World Flight has provided the inspiration for a new set of World Tours, with one to take place each month. A predetermined flight schedule centered around a specific theme will be released each month. Pilots can fly any or all of the route, and can fly ahead or behind the schedule as desired. The first World Tour will operate flights from SimAirline.net's SkyTeam members. More information on World Tours can be found here.

Virtual Airline of the Month
Due to the success of the Destination of the Week program, we've decided to begin featuring a different virtual airline every month as well. This month's featured virtual airline is Swissair Virtual. You can learn more about Swissair here.

Virtual Airline Expansion Discussion
We would like to hear your thoughts on which virtual airlines we should add in 2006. The topic is currently being discussed in our Message Boards.

Personal Travel
I will be traveling through Minneapolis/St. Paul and Milwaukee on 7 June. If you're interested in arranging a meeting at either airport, please let me know.

Summer is a busy period for our airlines, and the same is true here at SimAirline.net. I'd like to thank you for your continued support of the organization you helped build.
