To All Of Our Pilots,
June was yet another
excellent month at SimAirline.net. We set new highs for pilots and retention,
Northwest Virtual tied a previous high for PIREPs in a month, and our tenth
virtual airline opened.
Concorde Virtual
Opens After Delays
Concorde Virtual finally opened on June
24 after being announced over two months before. The virtual airline, our
tenth, opened later than scheduled because of delays in preparing the Flight
Manual and suitable aircraft to use. At this time, the only flights available
are those that have been operated since the Air France Concorde crash,
although the full flight schedules of the aircraft throughout its history
will be added over the next few months.
ANA Virtual Under Construction
SimAirline.net will be opening its eleventh
virtual airline later this summer, based on All Nippon Airways of Japan.
ANA Virtual will be our first Asian-based virtual airline. For
information on why ANA was selected, and to offer your feedback and ideas,
please visit this
topic in our Message
Boards.
New Fleet Managers Needed
SimAirline.net is once more in need of
new Fleet Managers, this time for KLM Virtual. A Fleet Manager is also
necessary for ANA Virtual. If you are interested, please go here.
As always, please feel free to contact
me at any time with your ideas or suggestions. Together we can help bring
SimAirline.net to even greater heights.
